How we handle your info —
Names, account numbers, phone, and patient IDs get scrubbed on our servers after upload. You can also redact them yourself before uploading if you want — totally optional, we make it easy either way.
Why we keep the clinic address —
Just the clinic'saddress on the invoice (not yours). We use it to (1) confirm it's a real vet clinic, and (2) show you what other pet owners in your area paid. Your personal address is never used.
Tips for good scans
- Good light, flat surface
- All four corners visible
- Itemized is best — totals-only still works
- Photo or PDF — not screenshots. Portal screenshots come out blurry and miss line items.
